So we finished our first home decorating project on Saturday. It's taken us about a week to finish it and while I was, of course, excited to see it done, I was almost just as excited to finish it and take pictures so I could post it on my blog for everyone to see. Some of you were able to see it in person, but for those who haven't seen it yet, here you go.
It tried to get as much of the room in the picture as possible but, since it's not a very big room, this is the best I could do.
We went to all the trouble to paint the back of the door but you only see it if your actually using the bathroom.
Here are the cute animal decorations. These are what made me want to decorate the bathroom. I was already thinking of doing something to the bathroom, but when I saw these I knew what I wanted to do.
These are my favorite. I LOVE the monkeys! They even match the toilet brush which you can see in the first picture.
So there you go. I think we're good for a while as far as decorating goes, but I think we'll be ready again this summer. I'm thinking the master bedroom....

Way cute Angie. I love the animal theme! There is something so satisfying about finishing a home project. I have an enormous list of things to do, but one thing at a time I suppose.
That is so cute!!! You guys did an excellent job. Oh, Scott wanted to ask you "aren't you guys a little old to have a giraffe soap dispenser and lion cup?" I told him your never too old for monkeys.
That is so cute! It think the best part of having your own home is getting to do stuff like that. How fun!
